Where we ship
United States and Canada. Everything ships from Detroit, Michigan.
How fast
Orders go out within 1–2 business days. Most US orders arrive 2–5 business days after that with USPS Ground Advantage. Canada is usually 6–12 business days.
What it costs
US orders over $65 ship free. Under $65, you'll see the USPS rate at checkout, based on where you are.
Canada: $14.99 flat, or the USPS rate at checkout if that's cheaper. Duties and taxes on Canadian orders are collected by the carrier on delivery and aren't included in our price.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If it's been more than 10 business days in the US (20 for Canada) and nothing has arrived, email us and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address
If you spot a typo in your address, reply to your order confirmation right away. We can fix it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
